Convective air dryer: It uses hot drying medium to directly contact wet materials, transferring heat in a convective manner and carrying away the generated steam.

There are various types of air dryers, each with its specific structure and working principle:

Convection air dryer: Utilizes hot drying medium to directly contact wet materials, transferring heat through convection and carrying away the generated steam.
Conduction air dryer: Transfers heat from the heat source to wet materials through metal walls by conduction, and the generated wet steam can be removed by methods such as vacuum suction, introducing a small amount of purge gas, or condensing on a separately set low-temperature condenser surface.
Refrigerated air dryer: Cools compressed air to very low temperatures, causing moisture suspended in the air to condense into liquid form, which is then removed.
Desiccant air dryer: Uses hygroscopic materials (such as silica gel, activated alumina) to adsorb moisture from the air.
Dehydration dryer: Uses hygroscopic salt tablets to remove moisture from the air, which need to be replaced after saturation.
Chemical air dryer: Integrates chemical materials sensitive to moisture, removing moisture from the air through chemical reactions.
In addition, based on the movement and structure of wet materials, air dryers can also be classified into various types such as fixed bed, agitated, spray, box, conveyor, drum, vertical, mechanical stirring, rotary, fluidized bed, air flow, and vibrating types.
